Description
Description
Most dog water bottles solve half the problem. They hold water, but you still need a separate container for food, a separate bag for treats, and somewhere to put it all while you’re holding a leash. This bottle was designed to replace all of that with one item that fits in a jacket pocket. The segmented design puts 9 oz of water on top and enough kibble for a full trail snack on the bottom. One push dispenses water into the built-in trough — no unscrewing caps, no squeezing bags, no stopping to dig through a backpack. The silicone seal ring means it goes in your bag without leaking, every time.
How it Works
How it Works
Fill the top section with water through the lid — capacity is 258ml, enough for a 30–60 minute walk depending on your dog’s size. Fill the bottom compartment with kibble, treats, or dry food up to 200g. Seal both sections tightly before putting in your bag.
To dispense water: hold the bottle horizontally with the trough facing up, press the water release button once, and water flows into the built-in trough for your dog to drink. Release the button to stop the flow. Any unused water in the trough can be pushed back into the bottle by tilting it upright.
To access food: unscrew the bottom cap and pour into the trough or your hand. The bottom and top sections are independent — opening the food compartment doesn’t affect the water seal.
To clean: rinse both sections with warm water after each use. The top water section can be cleaned with a bottle brush. The bottom food compartment unscrews fully for easy cleaning. Air dry with caps off before storing.
Materials
Materials
Body: food-grade ABS plastic — FDA-compliant, heat-resistant up to 100°C, BPA-free and non-toxic. The same grade used in food storage and infant products.
Seal: food-grade silicone rubber ring — creates a watertight seal at both the water compartment and the connection point between top and bottom sections.
Water key: internal locking mechanism that prevents accidental dispensing when the bottle is in a bag or pocket.

Common Questions
Common Questions
Does it actually not leak?
Most dog water bottles I've tried leak. The leak-proof design uses two layers of protection: a silicone rubber ring at the water compartment lid, and a water key lock that physically blocks flow when the button isn’t pressed. The most common reason dog water bottles leak is vibration loosening the cap — the water key prevents that. That said, always make sure both the lid and bottom cap are fully tightened before putting it in a bag.
How much water is 258ml? Is that enough for my dog?
258ml is about 8.7 oz — enough for a medium dog on a 20–40 minute walk. For longer hikes or larger breeds, plan to refill at water sources along the way, or carry a second bottle. As a general guide: dogs need roughly 1 oz of water per pound of body weight per day; on active days, that doubles.
What kind of food fits in the bottom compartment?
Standard dry kibble, training treats, freeze-dried treats, or any small dry food up to 200g. The compartment opening is wide enough for most kibble sizes. Wet food or raw food is not recommended — it’s difficult to clean and can spoil quickly.
Can I use it for a cat?
Yes. The low-pressure one-push dispense is gentle enough for cats. The XS volume is better suited to cats than large dogs — they don’t need to drink as much per session and the trough size is appropriate.
Will the water get warm in the sun?
The ABS body is not insulated, so water will warm up in direct sunlight over time — similar to any plastic water bottle. For hot-weather hikes, start with cold water and your dog will still have cooler water than ambient temperature for the first 30–45 minutes.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand wash is recommended to preserve the silicone seal and water key mechanism. The compartments unscrew fully so they’re easy to clean with a bottle brush and warm soapy water. Top-rack dishwasher is possible for the plastic body, but avoid high-heat cycles.
