2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product is in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The return is approved by our support team in writing
- We do not guarantee that any return request will be accepted.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Used or opened products
- Dog hygiene or grooming items
- Chew toys, consumables, or food-related products
- Items damaged by misuse, pets, or improper handling
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo/video evidence
- We reserve the right to determine whether the issue qualifies for replacement or refund
We may choose to:
- Send a replacement (if available), or
- Offer a partial refund, or
- Deny the claim if insufficient evidence is provided
We are not liable for damages caused during use or by pets.
5. REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–15 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee of up to 30% may be deducted
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third parties.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide return labels
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
8. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee exchanges. If approved:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers must cover all shipping costs
- Additional charges may apply
9. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Packages marked as delivered
If a package is returned to us:
- Reshipping fees will apply
