Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bella Picks. Bella Picks is operated by AdvertaPro LLC.

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Cost and Estimated Delivery
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required. Items fulfilled from a US warehouse typically arrive 3–7 days after processing. Items fulfilled from an overseas warehouse typically arrive 10–14 days after processing. Each product page displays the total estimated delivery window for that item. Orders containing products from different fulfillment sources may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  3. Order Tracking
    When an order ships, we send a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

  4. Where We Ship
    We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  5. Lost or Delayed Packages
    Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If a package has not arrived within 20 days after its estimated delivery date, contact info@bellapicks.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. Eligibility for a replacement or refund is governed by our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

  6. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges
    The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Some items ship to you from an overseas fulfilment partner. Any import duties on those shipments are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. You will not be asked to pay a shipping, customs or import charge after checkout. If a carrier ever requests an unexpected payment, do not pay it — contact us first at info@bellapicks.com.
